Out of season tours and opening hours can be arranged upon agreement with the Chateau's Administration and under the following conditions:
1/ a minimum number of people in the group - 30 people
2/ payment in cash on the day of the tour out of opening hours during the season. In the case of an out of season tour, the tour must be paid in advance on the basis of an invoice.
3/ the group shall arrive 15 minutes before the beginning of the tour. Should the arranged time not be kept, the tour will be cancelled.
Discounts on the entrance fees:
Are provided to pupils, students, the disabled, senior citizens, CIC card holders and EURO youth card holders provided that they present the relevant cards.
Free entrance:
is provided to children up to 6 years of age, employees of the National Preservation Institute, members of the FOD association, ICOMOS members and members of the Association of Museums and Galleries of the Czech Republic provided that they present the relevant cards. As for journalists - only following a prior agreement with the manager of the site and provided that it is a business visit.
Exceptions to the above-stated prices must be approved by the Head of the Telc Chateau Administration Section on the basis of a written request.
