Article 1 3.The premises are open from 9 AM to 4 PM in April and October and from 9 AM to 5 PM in May to September. 4.In April and October, the premises are only open on Saturdays and Sundays. On weekdays tours are possible only after a previous notification and approval by the Administration of the Chateau. 5.Lunch break is from 12 to 1 PM. Breaks can be changed by the Chateau's Administration according to the current operational situation. 6.The premises are closed on Mondays and days following holidays. 8.A tour of the premises takes about 60 minutes. The last tour starts 1 hour before the end of the visiting hours - the closing of the premises. 9.The Chateau's courtyard is only open during visiting hours.
10.Visiting the premises outside of the visiting hours is only possible following an agreement with the Chateau's Administration and for the applicable approved prices. 4.The intervals between individual tours are determined by the Chateau's Administration according to the Chateau's operational conditions and in view of the safety of the visitors. 13.Tours take place under the guidance of a guide for groups with a minimum of 5 people, including non-paying children under the age of 6. Groups of less than 5 people shall wait for the next tour that will take place regardless of the number of visitors. If the people do not want to wait for the next tour, or if they request to go in a smaller group than as stipulated in Article 4, they shall pay the entrance fees as if it were a full group. The size of the groups is based on the operational limits of the premises and safety aspects. Exceptions must be approved by the Head of the Chateau's Administration. 16.The number of visitors in one group is maximum 45.
18.Tours can be reserved both for individuals and groups. The condition is to agree beforehand, in writing, by phone or e-mail, with the Chateau's Administration on the exact day and time of the tour. If the group does not present itself at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before the agreed time, it loses its entitlement to the reserved tour. 6.Having paid the entrance fee, the visitor shall receive a ticket (or the group leader shall receive a group ticket), showing the time of one particular tour. 8.The ticket becomes invalid if the visitor fails to present himself/herself for the beginning of the tour in time. Purchased tickets cannot be returned. 9.Visitors are obliged to present their tickets at the beginning of the tour, keep them for the duration of the tour and present them again upon request. 10.Discounted entrance fees are provided to children of 6 to 15 years of age, students upon the presentation of the relevant card and the disabled. Senior citizens older than 65 will be granted a discount upon the presentation of ID. 11.No entrance fee is paid for children younger than 6 years. Entitlement to entrance of a child younger than 6 free of charge can be claimed even by an adult who pays a discounted entrance fee for himself/herself (senior citizens, students of up to 26 years of age etc.).
14.In the case of group visits of children younger than 6 years (nursery schools, school trips etc.), a flat fee per person will be charged according to the applicable price list. 2.Liability of the Chateau's Administration for potential damage incurred to the visitors is subject to generally binding regulations.
3.It is not allowed to leave the defined paths on the premises. 5.Access is banned for people justly suspected of drunkenness or drug abuse. 6.Visitors may not enter the interiors with expositions with any luggage, umbrellas, weapons and animals. 9.Access is also banned for people wearing considerably dirty, insufficient or inappropriate clothes. 13.In the case of the loss or damage of any artistic or historical item during a tour, all the visitors present on the Chateau's premises at that time are obliged to accept any security measures (potentially also a body search performed by the members of the Police of the Czech Republic). 14.It is forbidden to damage or endanger the Chateau, its collections, park, garden and other belongings on the premises in any way. It is particularly forbidden to:
a)touch the walls and displayed items, write or draw on the walls, engrave something in them or damage them in any way 10.In the interiors, taking photographs and videos and other documentation is forbidden. Exceptions can be granted by the National Preservation Institute, Regional Branch in Brno, on the basis of a written request, for scientific, documentation, promotional and other purposes. 11.The visitors are liable for the breach of the visiting rules and any damage to the Chateau's Administration.
12.An exception to the visiting rules can, in justified cases, be granted by the Chateau's Administration. 5.These visiting rules shall take effect on January 2nd 2008 and at the same time, the previously applicable visiting rules that had been in effect since June 20th shall be annulled. |
